The CROSSEU project is now live!
2024-04-18
The coordinator, Sorin Cheval from Administratia Nationala de Meteorologie (MeteoRo), welcomed the partners, coming from 9 countries. After a presentation of the Project Officer from the European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency (CINEA), the 15 partners presented their contribution to the project.
This kick-off meeting was a great opportunity to address some questions about the organisation of the project and to identify some stakeholders that might be interested in participating in CROSSEU.
Climate resilience and informed decision-making
CROSSEU is dedicated to enhancing socio-economic resilience in response to climate change. It will provide decision-makers with essential tools for navigating climate risks, helping investments, and implementing effective adaptation and mitigation strategies. Over the span of 3 years, this project will assess socio-economic risks, develop climate-sensitive frameworks, and deliver a ready-to-use Decision Support System (DSS) platform.
CROSSEU is an EU funded project, with UK partners funded by UKRI.
