CROSSEU Contributes to Special Focus Issue on Climate Research
2026-05-26
The CROSSEU project is proud to announce its contribution to a new Focus Issue in Environmental Research: Climate.
This collaborative effort brings together guest editors from three Horizon Europe projects: SPARCCLE, CROSSEU, and ACCREU to showcase cutting-edge research on climate adaptation and resilience.
A collaborative approach
Going beyond the boundaries between projects, these three initiatives have pooled their expertise to produce a collection of research papers addressing some of the most pressing issues currently facing climate science. This type of cross-project collaboration reflects the European Commission’s vision, which advocates for integrated research efforts capable of tackling complex environmental challenges from multiple angles.
CROSSEU’s contribution to this special issue reflects the project’s commitment to advancing scientific knowledge whilst fostering connections within the wider scientific community. By joining forces with SPARCCLE and ACCREU, we are creating opportunities to exchange ideas and methodologies.
Join the conversation
This Focus Issue welcomes contributions from researchers working on climate risks, socioeconomic vulnerability, and adaptation strategies.
